CAN I BUY ONLINE FROM ANY PART OF THE WORLD?

WOOMETRY and our express mail service partners, is able to deliver in almost any part of the world. Nevertheless, you can confirm before ordering by sending us an e-mail on this issue: woometry@gmail.com

DO I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT DUTIES AND CUSTOM TAXES?

Import duties and custom taxes are charged when your order arrives to your country (outside the EU). WOOMETRY is not to be held responsible for the payment of any such taxes or costs. We advise you to check with your Custom Authority before you order.

HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

Before you start ordering, you may like to read our terms and privacy policy. You may buy online after a registration on our online-store. When you find a product that you would like to buy, you can select it (chose color or size, If you have that option) and press ADD TO BASKET. You may continue to buy other articles until you wish to close your order and press CHECKOUT.

WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE MEANS FOR PAYMENT?

All payments are made in Euro. Methods of payment include credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard, that you can use in a totally safe way. It is also possible to use Paypal.

IS IT SAFE TO BUY AT WOOOMETRY.COM?

Nowadays it is very safe to buy on-line. The technology used is tested and guaranties the safety of all data. If you wish, ask for information on certificates used in our web platform.

MY PERSONAL DATA IS PROTECTED?

All personal information registered in our online-store is confidential. Read our Privacy Policy for more information.

IN WHICH CURRENCIES CAN I PAY?

All orders are made in EURO (€). Our invoicing is also made in EURO (€). When your bank account is from a different currency origin, your bank will deduct you in your local currency. For that purpose, both your bank or even Paypal will use exchange rates that WOOMETRY does not control or influence.

IF SOME ARTICLE IS SOLD OUT, WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

When a product is removed from our online store, it usually means that it is no longer available. Sometimes it is temporarily sold out. Confirm this issue by sending an e-mail to: wooometry@gmail.com

CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION?

We do not accept any reservation. The wishlist's only purpose is to remind you later of products you would like to buy. Beware that in future visits to the online-store they may no longer be available.

HOW CAN I RETURN AN ARTICLE THAT I BOUGHT ONLINE?

You have 15 days to return an unwanted product you have bought. Before you make any return, we advise you to contact us in order to confirm the acceptance on our part. We only accept returns on products that are in perfect, resalable condition, including the original packaging. Read our Terms on this issue. We regret that we cannot accept international returns unless items are damaged or faulty.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE TRANSPORT COSTS OF A RETURN?

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

All items on stock are ready to be expedited on the following weekday of your order. Other items indicate delivery times that are usually assured by our suppliers and manufactures. Please read more about this on SHIPPING & ORDERS.

WHAT’S THE SCHEDULE OF ONLINE SHOP?

Our team supervises online-store activities from 11h00 to 17h00, every working-day. The online-store is expected to be available to you 24h/7days a week. For maintenance purposes we may have to briefly suspend all access, from time to time.

CAN WE PERSONALISE THE ARTICLES SOLD ON THE SITE?

The articles on the web site are sold as they are and no modifications are allowed. If different colors are available it will be shown at the moment you select it. If you need a custom piece, we can talk about it. Just send us an email to wooometry@gmail.com. Note that all custom pieces will imply a significant increase in its price.

HOW DO I FIX MY PANEL TO THE WALL?

There are two different ways for hanging your panels. For some pieces, WOOMETRY will include a hanger that can then be installed into your wall with a regular screw, nail or holder. For other pieces WOOMETRY will provide our own special detail, hanger and respective installing instructions to follow. When hanging the piece, make sure you hit one stud or use drywall anchors. WOOMETRY will not be held responsible for any damage to your wall.
